Trauma
Trauma comes in many forms, including violence, illness, abuse, death, accidents or other life-altering events. If you have experienced significant trauma, it can often lead to common mental health issues and an inability to effectively cope. In order to resolve trauma-related mental health issues it is critical to resolve core issues and memories. Accelerated Resolution Therapy has shown to achieve benefits much more rapidly (usually within 1-5 sessions). Clients can experience remarkable benefits starting in the first session.
Neurofeedback
Neurofeedback, sometimes known as EEG biofeedback or neurotherapy, is a type of therapeutic treatment for your brain. It treats the dysregulated brain wave activity that is associated with conditions such as ADHD/ADD, learning disabilities, autism, depression, anxiety, sleep disorders, pain and other conditions. It can also help improve athletic and mental performance. You can think of neurofeedback as “brain training.” Like a muscle, your brain gets stronger the more you train it. And when the brain works better, you feel better and perform better.
